Judi Thomases, founder of a women's spiritual network for meditation, teaching, and personal development, and former director of an interdisciplinary self-development center, is a spiritual consultant who has studied and written about metaphysics, astrology, and intuitive sciences for three decades. In 1997, Judi began to "hear" the voice of her spirit guides, who told her to expect a flow of teachings that she could use to help and heal others. Teacher, consultant, lecturer, columnist, and Phi Beta Kappa graduate of Douglass College, her writings have been widely published and she has appeared often on radio and TV.

About the Process of Channeling
The best description I've found of what I do as a channeler:

"Channeling was once the preserve of 19th century mediums who claimed to be able to communicate with the spirits of the dead, often via a control spirit.
